This album has just come to my attention. When I listened to it I was seriously blown away. XBXRX is on Polyvinyl Records, the album has eighteen tracks and not one of them let me down. I'm not sure how to describe them but since we all know eachother I'll just tell you Ed and Cameron would/do love them. Apparently they've toured with bands like Q and Not U, Sonic Youth, and Peaches. I'm not sure if this goes for this album in particular but Ian MacKaye has helped them with the production. If I had to throw around some genres I'd say post hardcore, experimental screamo, and noise. Apparently they've been out since 1998 and hail from Mobile, Alabama. When they first started playing they were all about thirteen to fifteen years old. Sixth in Sixes is a concept album about our civilization's decline. Something to do with the theory of a sixth extinction... I'm not sure what else to say but I fucking loved it
