This is a collaboration betwen hip hop beat maker Danger Mouse, and Emcee MF Doom. Yeah, most of you guys diss on hip hop, but this is amazing. I mean both of the musicians involved are talented, but an added plus is... all of the adult swim characters are on this! Adult Swim and Epitaph each funded this release... and whenever I say Adult Swim characters, I don't mean the crappy anime characters... ATHF, Sealab, Brak, Harvey Birdman... these songs are about cartoons and other things, and even though it may sound to gimmick-y... this really is a really good album.

I don't like MF doom much. There was a lot of hubbub when this album dropped. Dangermouse is tyte, but for real...I thought the Aqua Teen Hunger Force samples and shit made this album a little weaker. I mean, it's a fun listen and all that, but I think MF Doom is overrated. I don't care if kids are starting to jock him, Sage Francis is the shit. Plus I totally saw him school MF Doom in a battle rap.

Yeah, and Sage is way better than Atmosphere while were at it. In my opinion Atmosphere is garbage.

I saw this go down at Scribblejam some time ago. I'm not sure if there is a rivalry [between Sage and Doom], or if it was just a standard battlerap scenario.......although underground hip hop seems to foster more rivalries than it does friendships.....not like the mainstream where everyone has a posse and a billion shout-outs in their album
