i really have started to listen to alot more jazz music as of late, my dads been into it his whole life, and has played in many a jazz band, and i dont know why i havnt appreciated it until recently, but its some good stuff. their abilities to improvise is amazing, in which miles davis and john coltrane are two of my favorite. is anyone else into jazz?

I like Naked City, they have jazzy elements. Some of the stuff from Cowboy Bebop, too.

im more of a blues man myself, but jazz is some good shit. i think partly the reason its so appealing is the stories the songs tell, but then theres the guitar riffs that make you want to cry. or at least make me want to cry.
